Ordering from this website means these terms apply. Manivora Junction trades as an online retailer from Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Pricing

Rupee prices, and they can move. Whatever was displayed at the moment your order was confirmed is the price that binds. An obvious pricing mistake on a listing is raised with you before dispatch instead of being pushed through.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Manivora Junction does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

No warranty is added by this store. If a product page states a warranty, it is that warranty, on its own terms, that applies.

Placing an order

Adding items to the cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after that, we contact you and refund in full – see the Cancellation policy.

Product information

We describe each bag from confirmed information only. Absent specifications are absent because they are not confirmed, not because they were overlooked. Photographs are representative; colour varies by screen and natural materials vary batch to batch. For a fit question, write to [email protected] – we can help you compare with the listed specifications, though we cannot warrant suitability.

GST

On tax: the business is not registered for GST, because turnover remains below the applicable GST registration threshold. Two practical consequences. First, GST is not charged separately on anything you order. Second, we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The figure on the product page is the price of the goods; any delivery charge is shown before you complete checkout.

Cabin size and capacity

Stated litre capacity and external dimensions come from the supplier. Airline cabin limits vary and change; check your own airline before travelling. We make no guarantee that a bag will be accepted as cabin baggage.

Use of this website

The words, images and layout here are ours or licensed to us; please do not reuse them commercially. And please do not attempt to disrupt the site or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

Consumer rights that applicable Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain intact irrespective of anything written here. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, our liability on a product claim is limited to what was paid for that product.

Governing law

The governing law is that of India – including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.

If a term is unenforceable

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. One clause failing does not void the rest.
