Payment policy

Payment at Manivora Junction is UPI or Cash on Delivery – a deliberately short list.

Currency and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed before you finish checkout: ₹49 on orders below ₹999, free from ₹999.

UPI

Pay from your bank account using any UPI application at checkout. The payment goes directly from your bank to ours. Manivora Junction never sees or stores your UPI PIN.

Cash on Delivery

COD carries no additional fee and is offered on eligible orders and PIN codes. The agent collects payment at the door. Where a PIN code falls outside the network, the option is not shown.

Cards

We do not accept cards. No credit card, debit card or card-on-file payment is taken, and consequently no card details are collected or stored by this store at any point. If a page or a message asks for card details in the name of Manivora Junction, it did not come from us.

GST

On tax: the business is not registered for GST, because turnover remains below the applicable GST registration threshold. Two practical consequences. First, GST is not charged separately on anything you order. Second, we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The figure on the product page is the price of the goods; any delivery charge is shown before you complete checkout.

Every parcel contains an order invoice. That document is not a GST tax invoice and does not carry a GSTIN.

Pack pricing

Bulk bags are priced per pack as listed, not per bag. A pack of a hundred is one line on your order, not a hundred.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not confirm, email [email protected] with the UPI reference and the time of the transaction. If the same order is paid for twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 5 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

Part payment

Orders are paid in full at checkout or in full on delivery. There is no part payment, deposit or instalment option on this store.

What appears on your statement

A UPI payment shows against the account name registered for this store, which may read slightly differently from the shop name on this website. If a line on your statement is unclear, send us the reference at [email protected] and we will identify it.
